Overview

The CharPMS RMS Cloud interface can be used to retrieve information from the hotel management system CharRMS Cloud. Via this interface, check-in/check-out and information about the room status can be retrieved. 

In order to use the CharPMS RMS Cloud interface, an extra license is needed. In addition, each used hotel room decreases the number of available items by 5. For testing purposes, the "Demo" license includes the CharPMS RMS Cloud interface.

Installation

The CharPMS RMS Cloud interface is provided as an extension and is not included within the default setup.

To install the CharPMS RMS Cloud interface, open the Core Studio and shutdown the Core Server. Afterwards, start the Extension Manager via the menu Extensions > Manager > Start Extension Manager ....

Within the dialog, select "CharPMSRMS Cloud" and press the Install button. After having installed the CharPMS RMS Cloud interface, close the Core studio and reopen it. Within the Core Studio you will find a new sub menu CharPMSRMS Cloud within the menu Modules. It contains entries for all definitions that are necessary for the configuration of the CharPMS RMS Cloud interface.
