Overview

The RMS Cloud Infor interface can be used to retrieve information from the hotel management system RMS CloudInfor. Via this interface, check-in/check-out and information about the room status can be retrieved. 

In order to use the RMS Cloud Infor interface, an extra license is needed. In addition, each used hotel room decreases the number of available items by 5. For testing purposes, the "Demo" license includes the RMS Cloud Infor interface.

Installation

The RMS Cloud Infor interface is provided as an extension and is not included within the default setup.

To install the RMS Cloud Infor interface, open the Core Studio and shutdown the Core Server. Afterwards, start the Extension Manager via the menu Extensions > Manager > Start Extension Manager ....

Within the dialog, select "RMS CloudInfor" and press the Install button. After having installed the RMS Cloud Infor interface, close the Core studio and reopen it. Within the Core Studio you will find a new sub menu RMS CloudInfor within the menu Modules. It contains entries for all definitions that are necessary for the configuration of the RMS Cloud interfaceInfor.
