A cyclical event is an event which is triggered by a time condition.
The following picture shows the form to edit a cyclical event.
Field | Description |

Enabled | Enable (default) or disable the event. |
Name* | The name of the event (mandatory). |
Description | Event description. |
Start date/time | Select date/time of the first event execution. |
End date/time | Select date/time of the last event execution. |
Cyclical Interval | Select the interval of the event execution Format: hour : min : sec 15 minutes (default) |
Different Actions | Disabled (default): Specify one action in the Action field which executes at start date/time, during cyclical interval, and end date/time. Enabled: additional form fields appear. Specify an action in the Start Action field which executes at start date/time. Specify an action in the Cyclical Action field which executes cyclically. Specify an action in the End Action field which executes at end date/time. |
Recurrence | Select None if the time frame (defined by start date/time and end date/time) is not recurring. Select Daily (default), Weekly, Monthly, Yearly if the time frame is recurring. |
Repeat | Select Every day or specify the e.g. Every 3 day to repeat every 3rd day. |
Months | Select one or more months for the recurrence interval. |
Holidays | Ignore (default): the recurrence ignores if the day is a holiday or not. Include: the recurrence takes place as planned. Additionally, it will take place on holidays. Exclude: the recurrence takes place as planned when the day is no holiday. Holidays can be specified within the holiday definition file.Holiday definition |
