Item Tree

The Items page shows the item tree and the item properties as in the BMS Core Studio.

Use the search bar on top filter the displayed items

It's possible to browse the item tree and also to search for items. 

By clicking the right mouse button it's possible to write a value to the server item (if it's writeable).

Right-click an item to raise the context menu.

  • Write item value: write an item value and optionally send the value to the bus.
  • Read item value: issue a read telegram for the selected item. A possible response is handled asynchronously.
  • Copy item path: copies the item's path to the clipboard.

Gateway Manager

The Gateway Manager shows the status and properties of the gateways configured in the project.

In this section the user can easily get access to the log file of Core Server.

The current log file is shown by default, but it's also possible to show other log files.

Entries of the log file can be sorted or filtered by clicking the column headers.

Core Server Image Added

Introduction

The purpose of the Diagnosis App is to provide a maintenance interface to the Core Server.

It includes functions like accessing the Item Tree, showing the current state of all gateways (Gateway Manager) and accessing to the log files of the Core Server and the Web Manager.


Click the Diagnosis icon on the dashboard of the Web Manager to open the Diagnosis app.
