The order of bits, bytes, words as well as endianess are not specified by the Modbus standard. These configurations have to be made according to the modbus Modbus device specifications.
If the word order is wrong the then typically floating-point values such as temperature readings are reveiced received but the values make no sense.
In that case, go to Core Studio / Modbus / Device definitions and change the setting for Wordswap for the respective device, save the table and restart the NETx Server.
