Description
This logic can be used to show the alarm list from the alarm app within the visualization.

Parameters
- Device: specifies which visualization device shall be notified by this logic (empty means all devices).
- User or Group: specifies which user or group shall be notified by this logic (empty means all users).
- View : defines the view (Main, View1 or View2) where the page shall be switched (empty means "Main view").
