Troubleshooting: repository is not accessible although Internet connection is available

If you get the following error message after starting the Extension Manager, please verify the following:

  1. Is you PC connected to the Internet?
    If not, please read the following article: https://netxautomation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PLATFORM/pages/968228918 . If your PC is connected to the Internet, please check the following:

  2. Are you using BMS Server 2.0 or BMS Platform / MP Server version <= R2 Build 2067?

    1. if you are using a BMS Platform or MP Server, please update to the latest version.

    2. If you are using a NETx BMS Server 2.0, please download the new Extension Manager using the following links:

      Afterwards, copy the file to the following location and replace the existing file:
      BMS Server 2.0: C:\Program Files (x86)\NETxAutomation\NETx.BMS.Server.2.0\XIO\ExtensionManager
