Accessing the NETx BMS Web Manager in a local network from the internet
If the BMS Server is in a local network without a static public IP address it cannot be reached by clients (web or mobile) through the internet. By the use of a dynamic DNS service and a VPN (virtual private network) this limitation can be circumvented.
Step-by-step guide

set up the dynamic DNS (e.g. dyndns) to reach the home network from anywhere in the internet
set up a VPN infrastructure (e.g. openvpn) so your (mobile) clients can connect to the home network
once the client is connected to the VPN it can access the BMS Server through the VPN
If the client is inside the home network (e.g. local WiFi), VPN will not work. In that case the BMS Web Manager's IP can be accessed through the local network.
