Roles
The Web Manager uses a role-based authorization mechanism. There are four different roles:
Super Administrator
Administrator
Manager
Viewer
For each app each role is granted a preset set of permissions (see table below).
The default role given to a user is specified during creation of the account. For each app, the role of the given user can later be change on the Web Manager > User Management > Apps page.
In complex projects it can be useful organize users in groups and grant permissions on a group level. The effective permission is calculated as the disjunction (logical OR) of user permissions and group permissions.
