Web visualization and Visualization management app are not available 

Causes

Visualization Ports are reserved for another service.

Resolutions

Open Service Control , click on Details button: 

  • If Web visualization HTTP state: Timeout > Change port number to a free TCP port
  • If Web visualization HTTPS state: Timeout > Change port number to a free TCP port
