The NETx Tunneller offers a stand-alone Tunneller software for connecting third-party OPC DA clients.
This program, which has to be installed on the respective client server and has to be parameterised with the respective server parameters of the Core Studio, offers a practical alternative to the DCOM settings.

Commissioning of the NETx Tunneller:
Click on the download link to download the NETx Tunneller.
Unpack the downloaded software and start the installation process.
Go through all steps of the installation.
Select “complete installation” for the setup type.
Click Finish to complete the installation.
After successful installation, an icon should appear on the desktop.
Open it to enter the NETx Tunneller view.
Click on the "Configuration" button and adjust the settings of the target server (Core Studio).
The desired settings can be adapted in the open text file.
You will get the information from the server parameters of the Core Studio.
After successful setting, the installed NETx Tunneller can be searched for and selected in the cluster menu.
