In order to ensure the further seamless operation of the new or changed system, it is important that you can receive the new license immediately. This is only possible during business hours, why it is strongly recommended, before the next step, to check whether NETxAutomation is able to promptly send you the new license. For it, get in touch by e-mail (office@netxautomation.com). If you do the following step out of business hours (weekend, holidays,…) you have to consider a waiting time until you get the new license. |

Existing licenses can be extended at any time, both as softlock and hardlock licenses. To do this, send a request to office@netxautomation.com stating the existing license ID and information about the desired changes.
