PC based BMS visualization clients (both editor and/or runtime) are using the proprietary network communication protocol VNET. VNET is a TCP/IP based protocol that uses TLS for securing the connection between the visualization client and the NETx BMS Core Server. For authentication authenticating both communication partners, a TLS connection password and TLS connection PIN has to be specified too.
The configuration setting settings of the VNET interface is are defined within the server configuration.
