Trending data are stored in the database of the BMS system.

To import or export delete trending data open the Trending app and click the Raw Values button Image Modified from the toolbar.Image Removed

The page consists of several areas:

• At the beginning of the page the toolbar appears.
• On the left hand side the project tree appears.
• On the right hand side details of the selected element from the project tree appearBelow, the list of trending data is shown. The column headers provide functions for sorting and filtering data.

Toolbar functions

The functions on the page depend on the role of the logged on user.

Import data

To import data to the current trending click the Import button Image Added from the toolbar.

The following image shows the import dialog:

• Click the Export Excel Template button to create an empty excel file, where to enter data for a later data import.
• Click the Select File button to select the file containing the data for the import.

After selecting the import file a preview dialog appears:

The dialog shows:

• number of records contained in the import file
• the option to update existing data
• the option to set a time offset

Click the Import button to run the import.

Delete

To delete data of the current trending, tick the data rows to delete and click the Delete button from the toolbar.
