Introduction

The Web Manager is a web application consisting of the dashboard which

• provides access to the user, group and app management

• let the user start the available apps

• shows some status information of the server

For best user experience we recommend Google Chrome. 

Release and updates

Since R3, the WebManager is available as app. The app is automatically installed with the BMS Platform setup. Since it is a mandatory app, it cannot be uninstalled.

While the WebManager may be updated with new BMS Platform release, updates between BMS Platform released may occur too. If an update is available, it can be seen within the App Manager. To update the WebManager app, change to the Updates tab and click on the update button.

After restarting the Core Server, the new version will be available.
