Trending data are stored in the SQL database of the BMS systemPlatform.

The Raw values dialog provides comfortable functions to visualizeview, filter, import, export or , and delete trending data.

To open the Raw values dialog, open the Trending app and click the Raw Valuesvalues button Image Modified from the toolbar.The following image shows the Raw values dialog:

The page consists of several areas:

• At the beginning of the page the toolbar appears.
• Below, the list Toolbar
• List of trending data is shown. The : the column headers provide functions for sorting and filtering data.

Toolbar functions

The functions on the page depend on the role of the logged on user.

Import data

To import data to the current trending click the Import button Image Modified from the toolbar.

The following image shows the import dialog:

• Click the Export Excel Template button to create an empty excel file, where to enter data for a later data import.
• Click the Select File button to select the file containing the data for the import.

After selecting the import file a preview dialog appears:

The dialog shows:

• number of records contained in the import file
• the option to update existing data
• the option to set a time offset

Click the Import button to run the import.

Export data

To export data of the current trending click the Export button Image Modified from the toolbar.

According to the current filter, data will be directly exported to to a xlsx file.

Delete the default date filter to export all data.

To delete data of the current trending, tick the data rows to delete and click the Delete button from the toolbar.
