Fault information is provided by the following Server Items which are located directly under the gateway branch within the Server Item Tree:

KNX IP Connection | This Item reflects the KNXnet/IP tunneling connection to KNXnet/IP router or interface which is used to communicate with the KNX/DALI gateway. |
Fault | True, if there is either a power failure, short circuit, presence, ballast or lamp fault. |
Fault Power Failure | True, if there is a power failure within the DALI gateway. |
Fault Short Circuit | True, if there is a general short circuit on the DALI channel. |
Fault Presence | True, if at least one DALI device is missing on the channel. |
Fault Device | True, if there is a lamp or ballast failure for at least 1 DALI device. |
Fault Ballast | True, if there is a ballast fault of one or more DALI devices on the channel. |
Fault Lamp | True, if there is a lamp fault of one or more DALI devices on the channel. |

For each configured DALI device, a sub tree with the name "Device<number>" is shown within the Server Item Tree. Each device has the following Server Items:

Name | Human-readable name of the DALI device. The default name is "Device<number>". This name can be changed within the Device Name Mapping Definitions. |
Fault | True, if either a lamp or a ballast fault occurred. |
Fault Lamp | True, if there is a lamp fault. |

Test Succeeded | True, if a response is received during the test. |
