Integrated with Fidelio/Protel
If hotel rooms are automatically generated from Fidelio or Protel, check in and checkout actions are performed within the hotel management software. Live data about the room checked status and the guest language and name are synced via server items to our GRMS extension. A login into the Web Manager is needed only for printing the QR code which enables the hotel guest to open his or her room visualization.

Without a hotel management system like Fidelio or Protel, the receptionist can check in or check out guests via the Web Manager.
On check in a guest name and language can be entered which can then be used to customize the user experience.
After check in a QR code is generated and displayed. This QR code can be scanned by any QR code scanner app on Android or iOS. Opening the containing link will open the NETx Vision app if installed, configure a visualization profile and start it. If NETx Vision is not installed, the hotel guest will be redirected to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for installation. On the first start of the app, the visualization profile will be created automatically.
