| Causes | - The IP address does not belong to a network interface of the local machine.

| Resolutions | - Make sure that <IP-Address> is from your local machine. Leaving IP Address field empty will make the server accept connections on all network interfaces.
- Recheck the machine local IP address, open cmd.exe and issue following command: ipconfig
IPv4 Address for the desired Interface should match the one in BMS configuration
