In order to provide you with the best support, we need to analyze your system. For that we need the workspace configuration, log files, information about your operating system, …
The easiest way to provide us the required information is to send us the so called Support File. It can be generated via the Core Studio (menu Workspaces > Generate Support File…).
Please upload the generated file to the ticket in our service desk. If the file is too large to upload, please use an online storage like Dropbox or WeTransfer. If you do not have an online storage available, you can request a Nextcloud folder from NETxAutomation.
