Holidays can be defined in the Scheduler App by clicking the symbol Image Removed

In the Scheduler app click the Holiday button Image Added on the left sidebar to open the Holidays page. 

The aim of this page is to manage holidays in the system.

The page shows a list of holidays with the columns Day, Month, Year, and Name.

The context menu of the list item provides functions to copy, paste, cut and delete lines.

List items having a green background show commented (deactivated) holidays. Click Convert to definition from the context menu to activate a holiday. The line background changes to white color. 

List items having a white background show active holidays. Click Convert to comment from the context menu to deactivate a holiday. The line background changes to green color. 

Toolbar functions

The functions on the page depend on the role of the logged on user.

Add a new holiday to the list.

Image Modified Copy

Copy selected holidays.

Image Modified Cut

Cut selected holidays. 

Image Modified Paste

Paste the holidays which were copied or
cutted
cut before.

Image Modified Delete

Delete selected holidays.

Image Modified Import

Import
holidays from Excel file (Restore data).

Image Modified Export

Export
holidays to Excel file (Backup data)


On the server side holidays can be specified within the holiday definition file, too.
