In complex projects it's helpful to have a structure in the project tree which is according to the ETS project which was imported to the server workspace before.
Click the ETS import button 
from the toolbar to open the import dialog.
The following picture shows a preview of the ETS structure before starting the import.
Click the Import button to run the import.
The following picture shows the summary after the import.
