Most of the Web Manager apps provide functions to export import and export functions for their configuration data and import them again.

Export report instances
Report instances can be exported to a zip file.
Use these functions to
- create a backup of the configuration data (export)
- restore a backup (import)
- bring configuration data to another BMS system
Export
Click the Export button 
from the toolbar to open the export dialog.

Select the objects for the export.
Click the Export button to generate the zip file.

Click the Import button 
from the toolbar to open the import dialog.

After selecting the zip file the dialog shows the content of the selected file
