Virtual link definitions
Virtual links connect all kinds of items, e.g. an KNX datapoint receives a new value from the bus, then this value can be forwarded to a Modbus or BACnet item and vice versa. Virtual links also apply to virtual items.
File location of configuration:
<WorkspaceDirectory>\dataFiles\nxaVLinks.40.dat
Changes within this definition file are immediately effective after saving. Server restart is not required.

1 | Source Item ID | M | Specifies the Item ID of the source Server Item from which the value is taken. |
2 | Destination Item ID | M | Specifies the Item ID of the destination Server Item to which the source value will be written (WRITE operation). |
3 | Comment | O | Optional comment of the V-Link. The value is only used for documentation purposes. |
