LaMPS UPS support

From version 4.1.11 on, the LaMPS extension provides support for UPS-powered emergency lighting. After defining connected UPS devices and associating DALI devices, a set of data points is available in the item tree.

Set up logics triggered by Test Triggered and Test Running data points in order to issue the actual testing commands to the UPS device and to return to normal operation after the test.

Optionally, set up a logic that checks test pre-conditions and prevents test execution by enabling the Test Locked item.
