Helvar router definitions

Within this configuration file, the routers can be configured.
File location
<WorkspaceDirectory>\DataFiles\xio.HelvarNet.Router.dat
Each router has its own row with the parameters separated by a semicolon. (CSV-format)
The router definitions can be edited in the NETx Core Server Studio under HelvarNet > Router Definitions
