Description

The NETx Server needs to know which interface should be used for KNXnet/IP tunnelling connections.

Causes

Based on IP addresses and subnet masks of local network interfaces the BMS Server was not able to identify a local network interface to access the KNXnet/IP gateway.

Resolutions

Set the local IP address of the interface for KNX communication in the BMS Studio under KNX / Router Configuration / NETIP / Network Card IP Address.
