Limiting the access to a certain folder structure

Permissions can be managed by providing root folder path in user management.

Create a folder structure for which administrator can provide access to other non-administrative users.

Add folders:

Open

Add User:

Add a non-administrative user and select root folder path i.e. \Building1 in this example.

Open

*indicates a required field.

Login with the newly created user (User1) which is for building 1.

Open

Access will be limited for Building1 folder to user1. The same will be applicable for other users with their assigned root folders.
