LaMPS module extension for visualization: devices template

The Devices template is used to visualize the information at device level i.e. for each device you will get separate control elements.

Table view

For using a table view, select Modules > LaMPS > Devices > Table … The following configuration dialog will open:

  • Table template: here you can choose the template. The default one is NETx1. However, you can create your own templates.

  • Gateway: select the gateway that contains the DALI devices that you want to visualize

  • Start Device: enter the first DALI device address in your DALI gateway. Please keep in mind that not existing devices can be skipped with the option Skip invalid Devices.

  • Number of Devices: enter the number of DALI devices in your gateway.

  • Skip invalid Devices: if a DALI device is not existing in the current workspace, the corresponding element will not be shown. This option can thus be used to auto-detect the used DALI devices.

  • Position ( top, left ): initial position of the visualization elements.

  • Row gap: gap between the rows of the table

After pressing ok, you will get 4 elements: the table itself and 3 pop-up groups.

The table gives an overview of the DALI devices of the selected gateway:

When you press the Details button of a DALI device row, the Device pop-up group will appear. It contains the detailed information of the device:

If the DALI device is a single-battery-powered emergency light, you can open the emergency details pop-up by pressing the emergency button:

If the DALI devices has additional function like on/off switch or information about the operating hours, you can click on the … button to show these additional information in a separate pop-up:
