Create folder
The following image shows the form to add a folder:

Field | Description |

Name | Name of the folder, which must be unique within the parent folder. Other kinds of elements may have the same name (folder “A” and Alarm “A” can co-exist within the same folder). |
Description | Some optional description for the folder. Whenever the mouse hovers over a folder in the Web Manager tree, the description is shown. |
