Overview

The NETx Server provides an interface which can be used to integrate information from the hotel management system Oracle Fidelio/Opera. Using this interface, information about the check-in/check-out procedure, the hotel guests and the hotel room states can be retrieved. In addition, it is also possible to send dedicated information from the NETx Server to the Oracle Fidelio/Opera system. 

Installation

The Fidelio/Opera driver is provided as an extension and is not included within the default setup.

To install the Fidelio/Opera interface, open the App Manager, select ADD APP, and press the download button near to the entry Fidelio.

Open

This will download the app and prepare it for installation. Afterwards, restart the Core Server, close the Core Studio and reopen it. Within the menu of the Core Studio you will find a new entry "Fidelio/Opera" within the Extension menu. It contains items for all definitions that are necessary for configuration the Fidelio/Opera driver.
